We set up Sorelle in 2013 after working in the health and care industry for 10 years. I am one of the company owners, overseeing all the financial aspects of the business. However, I continue to take an active role in running the service by supporting our team and keeping in touch with the people we support.

Beyond work, I find peace and quiet in my vegetable garden – it’s where I unwind. I relish staying active, engaging in activities like yoga, walking, running, and weightlifting. I’m also the parent of two fierce little feminists. My days are a blend of work, gardening, staying fit, and keeping up with my children’s boundless energy.

Myself and my sister/business partner set up Sorelle in 2013. We felt with our experience in the industry and the family values we share we could offer a great service. To date we continue to be proud of the service we offer. We have a wonderful team that help us to deliver our services We are inspired daily by the people we have the pleasure of supporting.

Outside of work, I’m a social butterfly, whipping up new recipes whenever I can to treat people to delicious food. The gym and traveling are my sources of energy and exploration, and I’m a mum of two awesome kids. This is the mix that makes my life truly vibrant!

I joined Sorelle in 2015, I started as a support worker with no experience in the industry. I am now fully qualified as the registered manager. I have really enjoyed my journey here and the team I work alongside. I oversee and ensure the effective management and delivery of support services, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting the well-being of supported people.

As a novice gardener, I’m still finding my green thumb, but the joy is undeniable – though my tomato crops might be the highlight so far! A devoted coffee enthusiast, you’ll often find me with a cup in hand. I’m embracing the role of a new mum with excitement and anticipation, and I have hopes to expand my family in the journey ahead.

I joined Sorelle in 2019 it was my first job in the health and social care industry after leaving the corporate industry, following starting a family. It’s been a wonderful industry to work in. I have learned so much and every day is different. I started as a support worker and then in 2022, I was promoted to Support coordinator. In my role I coordinate and arrange appropriate support services, liaise with healthcare professionals, and support networks, and ensure the delivery of person-centred support to enhance the overall well-being of individuals receiving support and care.

Off the clock, I’m all about the family and friends, soaking up good times. Oh, and let’s keep it between us – but I’ve got a bit of a shopping ninja streak. Shhh… my secret indulgence!

My role is to manage and coordinate all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation, to ensure the organisation has a skilled and motivated workforce.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me training with my local running club, honing my karate skills, and spending time with my three Children and Dog. Balancing diligence with enjoyment.

I started at Sorelle Support in January 2021 as a support worker. I moved up to the senior team fast, where I helped the Support Manager with reviews and took care of the On-call phone after hours. In July 2023, I got promoted to Support Manager. Now, I look after the daily service and manage support for all the people we work with.

During my free moments, I’m a proud mum to three wonderful humans, a cat, a dog, and even a horse. Adding to the rhythm of life, I also take centre stage as the lead singer of a band.
